PURE LOVECampu.eu camping means pure love. It’s not a perfect sterile booking service. We don’t evaluate the cleanliness of the toilet here (because there is often none :-). We see value and quality elsewhere – in the experience, in the emotions. And no campsite will offer you that feeling. It’s highly addictive. You’ll love it. And if not, we have a guarantee for you.
If you arrive at the property and find that it is not possible to use it due to false information from the property owner or you fail to get to the property (e.g. poor access road), we will refund you 100% of the amount paid

We’re all human and even nature will always bring us unexpected events. This is also one of the experiences that won’t be replaced by any shopping centre or tangible goods. However, you may not be satisfied with something while renting the property. Inform the owner on site and then us (simply describe the problem or take a photo). If the owner objectively admits this problem, we’ll arrange a compensation for you – a discount.
Did you know that the owner will definitely not become a millionaire by renting property to you? It’s just a small contribution to the costs of their property for them. But property owners are often happy to have a use for their properties. We learn about their fates, stories and sometimes difficult lives during our travels. However, they have a deep relationship with their properties and put their heart and soul into it (just like we when creating the entire Campu.eu service). It’s fair to request a refund or discount when you’re not happy. But it’s also nice if you don’t keep your satisfaction to yourself. It will make both the owner and us happy.
