The land is located on the edge of Brtnice in the pure environment of the Highlands. In the surroundings there are ponds where you can fish. There is a swimming pool about 5 km away in the village Jestřebí and then in Jihlava Vodni raj, or in Třebíč Polanka. From Brtnice there is a beautiful walk through the valley of the Brtnice river to the ruins of Rokštejn castle (about 10 km).
