You will always be the only one on the property and are guaranteed to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Fishing on the private pond is included in the price. For mountain bike enthusiasts, the Monínec ski slope is nearby where there are many bike trails. There is also a natural swimming pool below Monínec. A kilometer away, the picturesque village of Ounuz or the golf course Čertovo Břemeno await you.
