A garden bordering a meadow. An electrical cable can be run to the boundary of the neighboring property (across the road). There is also a pump with drinking water there. About 50 meters away, next to an abandoned dog kennel, there is an outhouse. The eastern part of the property itself has not been mowed. The remaining part had already been mowed down by the time of our visit, so we did not have to push through any overgrown vegetation. There are two wooden benches and an older, worn-out table. There is no gate. To drive onto the property, you must move one of the posts—including the attached wire mesh—aside from the meadow side. The property is not fully fenced. A gate is missing, as is a section of the fence on the eastern side. As a result, dogs that one of the neighbors regularly walked would run onto the property completely unexpectedly. Incidentally, every time he walked by, he didn’t hold back on his harsh and disapproving comments regarding the rental of the property to bezKempu.
