Nice place, magical sunny mornings, view of the sheep pens - idyllic.
But at the same time the place is near a busy road and you can hear it at night. We arrived late in the evening and only pulled up to the edge of the site right by the woodpile and bins, and then in the morning we were disturbed by cars driving past and rubbish removal. I would recommend driving more onto the property, you will have more peace and quiet.
The proximity to the cafe and restaurant is also an advantage.

Conveniently accessible location, quietly on the edge of the garden. The cuisine in the restaurant was excellent, slept well. The car does need a bit of underpinning, but nothing insurmountable.

Beautiful land next to the hotel Farma near Pelhřimov. We had visited the restaurant many times during our Moravian trip, so we knew the location and that was the deciding factor. The land is slightly sloping, but we solved that with wedges under the bikes on one side :) The surroundings were very nicely landscaped, just across the meadow there is a playground, a sheep pen, camping seating, a cafe and the restaurant of the Farm building, so the amenities were awesome :) One really enjoys the ''wild camping'' and the benefits :) We enjoyed the sleepover and breakfast in this location to the max :) We would love to come back one day :)

Excellent place to stay overnight. Quite a unique combination of pleasant camping and excellent food in the adjacent restaurant. Unusual is also the precise "frying" of the immediate surroundings.
