Jinotaj is a breathtaking view over the castle garden in Valč. Since 2011 this area has been an active pasture where sheep and goats graze. The Valeč farm is managed and further developed by the well-known personality Metod from Pilsen. Together with his wife, Nikola, he farms here organically and takes care of a flock of sheep, goats and bees. Twice a year they host a musical happening and a party.

The property has the most beautiful view we have ever seen. Unfortunately the toilet was a complete disaster. I recommend a visit to the lapidarium at the castle. The Forge in the Park has a luxurious coffee and plum brandy.
