Jinotaj is a breathtaking view over the castle garden in Valč. Since 2011 this area has been an active pasture where sheep and goats graze. The Valeč farm is managed and further developed by the well-known personality Metod from Pilsen. Together with his wife, Nikola, he farms here organically and takes care of a flock of sheep, goats and bees. Twice a year they host a musical happening and a party.

Amazing place, nice and friendly owner, breathtaking view, lots of possibilities for walks, all in the middle of a sheep and goat paddock.The only minus is that the place is on a hill and the wind made our stay a bit uncomfortable.Which can be solved with a camping screen.Otherwise great and we would love to come back again.
