Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
Even in winter you can visit us without any worries. The plot is accessed by a newly landscaped gravel road, which is finished with a grassy patch. The land is well drained and therefore you do not have to worry about getting stuck in the meadow even during longer rains or snowfall. As you exit the property onto the driveway, you are driving slightly downhill so no problem. In case you are unable to drive out, we are ready to help you. :-)

Very satisfied with the beautiful quiet place, no disturbance by cars,trains, dogs . Nice meeting with helpful owner . Starting point for hiking on Wolf Mountain, Volfstein Castle to the Mže valley. We will certainly be happy to return to this quiet place to explore the cycling trails.
We had a truly unique and unforgettable New Year's Eve on the property among the trees. Peace, quiet, romance in the middle of beautiful, wild nature, a complete balm for the soul. The owners are really very helpful and friendly and take nice care of the land and visitors. Both days it snowed beautifully and we spent the winter at the sensational fireplace and in a great sauna, with a nice meal.Luxurious!We really have nothing to complain about.We got on and off the property without any problems, despite the abundant snow.We were certainly not the last time here.Thank you for everything.
I was with my canine friends, a wonderful place to relax and take easy trips on foot or by bike. I missed nothing, but nothing at all. The owners are very accommodating, friendly. Everything, including wood and wood chips for the cove, was ready. I recommend it with all ten. Thank you and I would love to come again. I will recommend to my friends and acquaintances wherever I go. Kadibudka absolutely excellent:-)).
