The last three quarters of a kilometre is on the municipal stony dirt road slightly uphill. The road is difficult for normal cars to drive on. Cars with low chassis are recommended to park in the village near the community centre and walk about three quarters of a kilometre through the forest. I will send a map on request.
The width of the road is sufficient for large agricultural machines (tractors with lifts, cutters, mowers), which use it to access the cultivated meadows.
There are several cycle paths and pleasant forest and field paths in the surroundings. MTB enthusiasts will find their own, as well as quieter trekking trips. Dirt park Robousy (MTX) is about 10 km away.
There are several ponds nearby.
The location is approximately 11 km by foot / 12 km by car from Prachovské skály.
Swimming pool in the village. Swimming pool with playground in Lomnice nad Popelkou. Aquacentre and swimming pool in Jičín. Jinolice ponds 7 km.

About 5 km away is the Tichánek lookout tower on Mount Tabor - one of the most beautiful lookout towers in the Czech Republic. The region is a renowned agate deposit.

Those interested in permaculture and natural farming are welcome to join in the activities on the farm (poultry, rabbit, sheep and goat farming, growing herbs, vegetables and fruit).
The orchard is fenced to protect the young trees from being nibbled by wildlife, so the gate and gates must be closed consistently. Pets, including chickens and rabbits, and a female leonberger are outside the fenced orchard, so if you bring your dog, it must be taken outside the orchard by appointment only and on a lead. Starting a fire is dependent on applying water from the stream to put it out and may be restricted by the owner during prolonged dry periods.
