Rules for Being Around Horses
There are horses on the premises. Please observe the following rules:
● Do not approach the horses without the operator’s permission.
● Never feed the horses your own feed or treats.
● Do not touch the horses through the fence and do not try to lure them.
● Children may only be near the horses under the constant supervision of an adult.
● Do not run, shout, or startle the animals.
● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during your stay.
The guest acknowledges that they are fully liable for any damage caused by a violation of these rules. The operator is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these rules.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get close to the horses, so the purpose of our trip went unfulfilled.
Everything was just as described. Parking was perfect. The hostess was very nice.
Spending the evening and having breakfast in the morning surrounded by horses was amazing.
This was our first experience with bezKemp, and it was a truly fantastic place. Out of 6 nights, we were alone here for 5; the restroom facilities (toilet, shower, and hot water) met my expectations; when the water stopped running (once), all we had to do was let the manager know, and he fixed it right away. There wasn’t a soul in sight for miles around; the only activity was at the ranch during the day. But that’s to be expected—horses and the facilities need care and maintenance ;) Otherwise, it was peaceful and quiet, with the occasional neigh or the sound of horses’ hooves in the pastures :) There are plenty of activities, excursions, and swimming spots in the area. We highly recommend it.
A wonderful day to everyone who loves nature and hobbies—this place is absolutely beautiful, and waking up in the morning is so pleasant, with peace and quiet all around. Communication with the owner was flawless; everything was just perfect. Thanks again, Ája and Vašík
Nice place, friendly people. The only thing was that the water didn't run in the toilet or the shower for half a day. Other than that, I recommend it.
