Rules for Being Around Horses
There are horses on the premises. Please observe the following rules:
● Do not approach the horses without the operator’s permission.
● Never feed the horses your own feed or treats.
● Do not touch the horses through the fence and do not try to lure them.
● Children may only be near the horses under the constant supervision of an adult.
● Do not run, shout, or startle the animals.
● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during your stay.
The guest acknowledges that they are fully liable for any damage caused by a violation of these rules. The operator is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these rules.

Nice place, friendly people. The only thing was that the water didn't run in the toilet or the shower for half a day. Other than that, I recommend it.
We spent a week here camping, and we really enjoyed the ranch—surrounded by horses, peaceful evenings, and a grill that definitely came in handy. The restrooms and shower were adequate and clean, and we had great communication with the owner. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit in the area. We would have definitely appreciated a pub, but it wasn’t open at the time. Still, we definitely recommend visiting the ranch. It was a lovely week-long stay.
A very pleasant place. Everything you need is available, such as clean restrooms and a shower with hot water, and an electrical outlet. Sometimes there’s even a pub (we just weren’t lucky enough to catch it open). It’s about 1.2 km to Žandov for food. After a full day of hiking, we didn’t really feel like going out. The owner was really nice, and nothing was a problem. It’s still a working farm, though, so anyone looking for peace and quiet should think twice. In the evening, though, it’s quiet—just the sounds from the stables. The horses are amazing.
An amazing place, perfectly prepared facilities, incredibly nice people. There’s nothing to complain about. A pleasant wake-up call with the animals—especially the horses, the stork, and a swarm of flies.
We spent 4 days on the farm and were literally blown away. There is a large and flat area for tents, a 24-hour accessible toilet, a very nice and friendly manager, horses, goats, cats... and the countryside all around - a balm to the soul. Thank you for sharing it with us. We definitely recommend it.
