A large meadow , an ancient farmhouse in the middle of the woods, lit by kerosene lamps, cooked on a stove and water from the well. A little above the mysterious dragon lake, about which Jaromír Erben wrote, in the place where the popular ridge route Soláň - Kotlová - Třeštík- Kasárna passes. You will find yourself in the middle of nature, where the air is always fresh and clean thanks to the surrounding forests and spring water.
In the evening, there is a pleasant temperature inversion on the hills, which will warm you up on the way from the lake, and due to the altitude you are not bothered by mosquitoes at all.
At night the stars are beautiful to watch and the phases of the moon are really noticeable. Stargazers , telescopes with you :)
There is a large mattress in the room, the possibility to add another mattress, and one can also sleep on the wide bench in the kitchenette. The optimal number of people is about 2-4 adults. however, you can fit 8 at the cost of losing comfort :)
We can arrange wine tasting for you from friendly Subcarpathian winemakers, which we also like to consume.
After agreement it is possible to add access to another building , where there is a large kitchen and another bedroom.
After agreement we will prepare a cauldron for cooking on the fireplace. You can rent a hammock, solar shower, gas cooker.
In the base is prepared sheets and pillows ( it is possible to arrange a complete bedding for an additional fee )
In the kitchen corner you will find basic condiments (casserole, kettle , glasses, feather plates, spoons, knife, salt, sugar, teas. And also basic kitchen utensils so you can heat food and water.
Of course toilet paper, napkins, bio-friendly hand and dishwashing products. Flashlight.

When you crave culture and fresh beer, there are plenty of options within easy reach. Often you'll even find a dulcimer or guitar. In the off season it is advisable to check opening times , we will be happy to advise you.
For hikers it is possible to come to Velké Karlovice. But you can also start from Hutisk Solance or Horní Bečva. Or Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Which is practical if you are coming from the direction of Ostrava or Prague.
Due to the cost of preparation I prefer accommodation for two nights or more... Shorter stays by agreement.

- The room is heated by a wood stove. The wood for heating is in the barrel in the cold season prepared or even flooded, if possible. Firewood for outdoor fire is also prepared sometimes, otherwise plenty around in the woods. .

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
ACCESS TO THE PLACE IS NOT POSSIBLE !!! There is only an impassable forest road leading there, parking is possible at the end of the road so as not to block the passage, exits from garages and parked cars. The road to the parking place is passable all year round. (A more distant parking option - should there be a larger number of cars - is in the public car park outside the no-entry zone. )

Bike path Bečva, Hřebenovky, 1000m.The bike path in Jezerný starts 1000m from the parking lot. You can follow it to the centre of the village to the church. To Leskovy, ( Saunas, thermals) , to Hrozenkov to Balaton, or to Ústí u Vsetín, where you can continue around Bečva to Vsetín and maybe a circuit to Rožnov, and then by cyclobus back to Jezerný , or in Ústí you turn to Slovakia, around Čertové skály...to Váh :)

In the center of the ski paradise both downhill and cross-country skis, you can put on right at the chalet. Many ski areas are accessible within a few minutes by car.

The closest you have Karlovské Jezero, then Karlovské Koupaliště, year-round perfect water gutter "Balaton" , and when it's colder there is the Water World, Thermal Horal and sauna worlds... and a plethora of wellness...

V okolí se nachází velké množství saun a bazénů. Termální bazény, vodní svět. Autem dojezd tak 5-15 minut. pěšky nejbližší cca 45 min. přes lesy a louky... V případě zájmu rád upřesním,doporučím.

Amazing place. Total solitude, no one anywhere. The food in the pub is excellent. The possibility to park 700m in front of the property we take as an advantage. Night hike and discovering the hut with headlamps in the middle of the forest had its charm.
A poetic place, in the magic of the sounds of the evening forest and the warmth of the stones :) .. the path is challenging at first (you have to take it into account), but then it becomes difficult to leave for the landscapes of magical hills
