Where do the property ratings come from?
Beautiful place . This type of place we like best.in peace in nature .
For me, the biggest plus of this property is how far you have to/can drive through the woods. The place itself doesn't have a view, it's more in a valley, but the whole area is kind of an "undulating plateau" and so the walks on the rolling hills are really beautiful.
The meadow itself doesn't have many flat spots and although it is sloping it is quite soft. So unless it's very dry, I'd stick to the higher parts. I've added two photos of the meadow. There is a small light house at one edge with a fire pit and a trampoline that can be used - also one photo.
There are theoretically 3 driveways
1. From Horní Studének - I would choose this one next time. It's a forest dirt road, quite bumpy in places, but manageable with a slow car. After one rain it would probably still be doable, but if it was wet and muddy, almost nothing would make it, or offroad and a tractor would. A regular van should do just fine in good weather. We have a bit of an off-road van, so we had a nice go. I wouldn't bring a big motorhome. A caravan unless it's small and towed by a powerful car, at least an SUV. Forget the big trailer. It's a surprisingly long drive through the woods, with a meadow and a Boy Scout camp in the middle. See two photos from the forest path.
2. From Busin - we also tried it, most of the road is paved, it's even longer than the first one and there are only about three places to avoid two cars, it's a bit risky. There's a paved ford in the middle of the trail, tiny, but it's a hard pretty significant terrain break and a long nose or butt could get stuck there. The biggest snag is at the end, when you get to the final settlement there's a very rutted track that can be negotiated by driving on the edge, but that would be hard to do with a trailer, and there's a sharp right turn in the settlement where even with the L2H2 van we had to back up once (not on the second pass), but very stupid with a longer van or trailer. 3. From Olsany - I wouldn't even mention this option because it's a tractor road, but someone mentioned it in a comment - don't even try this one :-)
The road to the land is impassable from Olšany. From Horni Studenka very difficult access. Both several kilometers through the forest on a broken road. The well was overflow from the well of a neighbor. A dog was bathing in it. The neighbour fortunately filled us with drinking water. The creek is dry, the water must be arranged with the owner. You'd better bring your own drinking water, the neighbor may not be home. There were more nice camping spots along the way with a fire pit. I won't be going back.

The owner sent us a photographic description of the road, according to which we found the place beautifully. We drove from Horní studének with an off-road car and made the journey without any problems, but with a smaller car the arrival/departure would have been problematic. It is a forest road with occasional bumps and minor elevation changes.
The meadow is in a beautiful and quiet location. There is a fire pit right in the meadow as well as a fire pit with seating a short walk from the site. There is also a Way of the Cross ending at a pretty chapel. For those looking for peace and quiet in the countryside this location is perfect. We can definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The driveway to the property is not suitable for a caravan or motorhome. Even the local tractor driver wondered where we were going, that the road was difficult to repair. A less skilled driver could crash or get stuck. We were so fed up with the road that we left to camp elsewhere.
