The meadow was mowed and prepared. Plenty of wood for the fire. The view was perfect. The peace and quiet was also excellent. However, the driveway is not ideal. If you're sensitive to your residents, watch out. But it's doable. The adjacent trep museum is a mess and it's spooky.
