It is a dirt road. After heavy rains, the passage can be worse, but we always passed.
Dimensionally, the road is unrestricted for larger cars.
Ideal cycle paths without hills are located near the Morava River, which is connected to the Bata Canal. Five kilometres from the property is the Slavic fortress in Mikulčice from where it can continue to Slovakia. The district town of Hodonín, 5 km away, is worth a visit, where there is the Masaryk Museum, a summer swimming pool, a zoo and a dock at the dam.
A kilometer from the property there is a pond Lužák with a nice restaurant.
A kilometer from the property there is a natural swimming pool Lužák with a spacious wooden pier and a comfortable entrance to the water. There is a restaurant with a terrace and a children's playground next to the swimming pool.
The municipal playground is 300 metres away. Another playground is one kilometre away at the Lužák pond.
It is worth visiting the Slavic settlement in Mikulčice, about 5km away. There is a museum with a lookout tower and the Nature Park Mikulčický luh.You can also visit the museum in the village. There is another one in Hodonín, 5km away. It is worth a visit to the town hall, the Masaryk Museum, the Museum of Oil Conquest and Geology or the Art Gallery.
