Our marquee will offer you just that - a simple but cosy base in the middle of nature.
Refreshments are available on site in the form of coffee, tea and a small breakfast (porridge, sweet pastries, nuts and dried fruit, instant soup).
The marquee is equipped with basic utensils, barbecue utensils and a gas cooker.
Inside you will find a comfortable 180 cm wide bed, ideal for a family with small children or for two adults who want to treat themselves to a romantic escape from the everyday. Four adults can also sleep comfortably - just bring your mattresses and sleeping bags.
For cooler evenings, the marquee is equipped with a gas heater so you won't freeze even in autumn. Blankets and a large duvet (220 × 200 cm) are provided, just bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.
You will also enjoy the pallet terrace, ideal for sitting with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
And when you want to go out, there is a large meadow just a few steps away from the marquee, right by the pond - a perfect place for a picnic, badminton, camping (by arrangement) or simply lounging on a blanket.
In the surroundings you will also find marked easy hiking trails.
In the evening you can build a fire by the fireplace with seating on the shore, there is also a large metal grill available on site.
There is also a fire pit on the property - we recommend you see it first in the light so you don't look for it blindly at night :-)
Whether you come with children, a dog or just the two of you, this place will engulf you with peace, quiet and the smell of the forest. The deer come here to drink by the pond and in the evening an owl from the nearby forest will say goodnight.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The access to the paved area of the "parking lot" about 100m from the maringotka is possible even in rain or worse weather (perhaps only when snow covers with caution). Please do not drive onto the property even with an all-terrain vehicle, as you might not be able to drive off. Also, the crossing could damage the drainage of some parts of the property.

The terrains around Polná, as the foothills of the Žďár Hills, are pleasantly flat. The Zdarské vrchy are about 20 minutes away.
water sports
The pond below the windows invites you to swim.
A great option is to pack a paddleboard :-)

Hiking in the Žďár Hills is a stone's throw away.
The property, including the trailer, operates on a "self-service" basis. Once your reservation is confirmed and paid for, you will receive detailed instructions on how to arrive, unlock the property, and complete the entire check-in process.
Check-out follows the same procedure, with photo or video documentation of the property’s condition upon departure. We also ask that you provide information on the water supply level, etc., and return the keys to the pre-arranged location ;)
Please report any defects or other issues right away so we can address them immediately. We are not always able to thoroughly inspect the trailer between guests. Please also bring your own bedding or sleeping bags.
In July and August, we prefer 2-night reservations for weekends.

A beautiful and peaceful spot—despite the path just past the trailer—it’s completely secluded and sheltered. Absolutely ideal for relaxing. The access to the water isn’t gradual, but it’s manageable even with children. A really nice little spot.

This was a truly wonderful stay. The trailer is in a quiet spot—not a soul in sight—and we found true peace and quiet here. The trailer has everything you need, and we really appreciated being able to make our own coffee. The instructions from the owner were detailed and clear.
