We will be happy to accommodate you in a beautiful and quiet orchard or in front of the farmhouse in a small quiet South Bohemian village Hrachoviste 10 km from Trebon. The orchard is 2500 m2 large and is connected to a typical South Bohemian farm. The orchard has a place only just behind the gate of the property - one car can fit here, this place is always passable and accessible, it is connected to a little-traveled road. In the past, guests have driven further into the orchard where there is a risk of getting stuck in the rain. Therefore, please respect that the only possible place for any cars is just outside the gate. You can camp and relax already inside the orchard. The place behind the gate is sunny and adjacent to the house where the neighbour lives, who has a small dog behind the fence.There is no toilet in the orchard and there are neighbours' houses around the property. It is possible to step behind a tree on the small side, but you can see the plot from the neighbours' windows. I mow the orchard to preserve local diversity 1 x every 14 days I leave the grass cuttings partially lying in the garden so as not to take valuable material away from where many animals live (hedgehogs, snails, frogs, large numbers of insects...). There is no "English lawn" and the orchard is mainly used for growing fruit and wild herbs, not as an ornamental maintained garden with rockeries and ornamental features.There is space for 2 cars in front of the farmhouse. The orchard has a fire pit, log seating with an ornamental pond. There are hardly any cars in front of the farmhouse by the road. In the evening there is a beautiful sunset and a view of grazing cows. 300 m away is a local pub and 200 m is a playground. 2 km away is the peat pond Podřezaný, which is famous for its healing water and 8 km away are the Cepské sandpits with turquoise and crystal clear water. A cycle path leading to Nové Hrady passes directly through the village. In the village you can get homemade milk, eggs and other delicacies from local farmers.

drinking water - the drinking water tap is on the house - there is a table with a bench near the front door to the garden.

electricity - Electric socket leading from the house 50 m. Please have a minimum 50 m extension cord with you, the house is approximately 100 m away through the orchard. The socket is located to the right of the balcony door. Another extension cord is behind the wooden door in the hallway. If you have any difficulty with the electricity call me. It is possible that there is a power cut or a fault in the cable. We'll resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Greywater (shower, washing) - if you use eco-friendly detergents, you can pour the water from the dishes into the tank where the grey water from the house drains into the local pond.

The parking in the orchard is 10 m away from the asphalt road. The road to the orchard is grassy. Drive through the 4 m wide gate and stop the car just beyond it. Do not go any further into the orchard or to the right or left side.The Třeboň Protected Landscape Area is a very wet area, there are ponds and swamps all around us and our orchard can turn unexpectedly into a swamp and a difficult-to-pass mud bog in one day with heavy rain. I mow the orchard to preserve local diversity 1 x every 14 days, leaving the grass cut partially in the garden so as not to take valuable material away from a place where many animals live (hedgehogs, snails, frogs, large numbers of insects...). Please do not drive anywhere further into the garden or to the right or left of the entrance.Anywhere other than the designated parking area can make deep ruts and can be difficult to drive out of after rain.Please minimise the movement of your car in the garden (the ruts make it difficult to cut the grass and make the garden look bad).There is parking 2m away from the tarmac road in front of the farmhouse. Parking is possible in all conditions, the ground is paved.

Restriction of the access road

The driveway runs along a level grassy 10m plot, you pass through a 4m wide gate after which you stop. Do not go further into the garden or to the right or left.

Parking in the orchard is for cars only behind the gate to the orchard, nowhere else. Please do not drive into the orchard!Please do not drive in front of the farmhouse if you are staying in the orchard. The farmhouse accommodates long-term or short-term tenants. The orchard has a vegetable and flower bed near the walnut tree. If you have a pet please make sure they do not destroy the flowerbed. Please keep an eye on your pets. Please minimise movement of the car in the garden (the ruts created make it difficult to cut the grass and make the garden look unpleasant).To connect the electrical socket we use an extension lead, which is located under the canopy by the front door, there are also protective plastic connectors for the joints of the extension leads. If it rains more and the socket is wet, disconnect the socket and do not use it for safety reasons. If the socket is lying in the wet, it is better not to go near it for safety reasons.The municipality has an ordinance for the payment of a local/resort fee of 50 CZK/person/day/adult for persons staying in the municipality for a short period of time. Children are not subject to this fee.Please provide me with the number of your ID so that I can fill in the register of guests and pay me this fee during your stay to the account 1511648153/0800 so that I can pay it to the municipality according to the law.

We had the garden all to ourselves. For my pet the perfect environment. We had a great time camping. Just a little missing toilet - there was not even a bathhouse :-(. Otherwise beautiful environment, owner very nice , for me to doporičení on trips and in the area. A short walk to Trebon, the sandpit, New Castles and elsewhere. Just everywhere is a short walk. A strategic place for trips to the surroundings.:-)

Parking is only available just outside the gate, the entrance is very tight.<br>The land was waterlogged, danger of the caravan getting stuck. The garden is unmaintained.

Host byl s majitelkou v kontaktu, nicméně po odjezdu došlo k "poškození povrchu" bez další komunikace nebo s řešení s majitelem.

We parked our 7 m long motorhome right in the garden at the beginning of the large orchard. It is a beautiful and quiet place. Absolute silence and darkness at night, even the public lights were out. Suitable for travellers looking for peace and quiet. Very pleasant and helpful owner. We would love to come back here.

We were alone on the property for an overnight stay over the weekend, otherwise we had an outside schedule. The owner was accommodating. It takes at least 50m of cable to connect to the electricity, it's really far.If you go with a pet, you have to take into account a loose dog that is "on municipal property" and free to roam anywhere. For us, the property met expectations and if we go to these parts again, we will happily do it again. Thank you.
