The summer cottage for up to 4 people with a separate fenced garden of about 1000m2, with sufficient privacy is located in the outskirts of Děčín, accessible by public transport - stop 50 m.

Cottage of 25m2 with outdoor covered veranda, living room, sleeping area and cooking area. There is a kettle, fridge and microwave. Spacious terrace and next to it is a sitting area by the fireplace.
Large well-kept garden, adjacent to only one adjoining plot, enclosed by an opaque fence. (This is not a cottage in a garden colony). Ideal for couples or family holidays with larger children.

A swimming pool is available during the summer holiday period.

Rental without bedding and crockery. There is a separate valenda, and in the sleeping area a double bed and above it a bunk bed with foam mattresses. Please bring your own sleeping bags and blankets or other bedding. The cottage is equipped inside with a table and chairs, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Dishwashing facilities are included, but not the dishes themselves.
There is no bathroom, only an outdoor bathtub with running drinking water and a dry toilet.

If you arrive by car or van, then it is possible to park in the public area right next to the garden, or by arrangement park for free in a fenced parking space at the owner's house about 200m from the garden.

You are always alone on the property - exclusive reservation.

If more of you go in a group, it is possible to pitch a tent in the garden for the price of 300,- CZK / night.

For stays of 3 nights or more, firewood is included.

I was very satisfied cottage amazing , pool was great in this weather. It was clean and lovely refreshing. There is a regular bus to the centre and from there a super bus to Bohemian Switzerland. The owner was very helpful,I could arrive at the accommodation earlier.He gave me great tips for trips and gave me that I can still the last day of the trip. I highly recommend for me the best place and owner so far. I'll definitely be back...

A nice place that is close to lots of destinations for excursions. The cottage doesn't pretend to be anything, fits the description and will provide a relaxing base for exploring the area. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

It was well suited for us as we had two large dogs, bonus for the enclosed garden, could have been cleaner 😕, we did not use the swimming pool as it was smelling a lot of chlorine. Heads up if you are not used to hardy conditions, than it is not for you! Otherwise it is as described in the advertisement, we had also wood provided to us by the owner and privacy. Communication with the owner was ok via messages, he showed us the property and than left pretty abruptly without having the chance to ask any questions, parking near the property is available though extremely limited as on some days we had to park further down the road, you have to clean the property of trash at the end but there is only public plastic/glas/paper/metal trash containers at the bus station nearby! 😄 In our case it was a good stay! Cooking conditions only if you make a fire! Otherwise you rely on the kettle and microwave for warm water and preheated food. All in all good but could be much better with some improvements.
