The place is cute, it's absolutely enough for a modest overnight stay. A big plus is the drinking water from the well (the well from the description was not accessible) and the well-kept caddy in the woods between the pond and the pond, where there is a second sleeping area, from the same owner.
Neither the pool (which is currently very overgrown) nor the pond seemed to us to be suitable for swimming anymore (as in the photos). But we were only here for a short time, so we didn't mind.
The downside was the location very close to the road, which isn't very busy, but still a few cars arriving in the morning will wake you up.

Thankfully we had somewhere to lay our heads and build a fire to warm up.

Super quiet place, some may mind that it is about 15m from the road (cars drive minimally, at night almost not at all), but it did not spoil our experience. :)

Everything was fine. Visually the place doesn't look like the photos. It's right next to the road but it was quiet overnight. In the late afternoon, there were people parked there who were going swimming at the pond, so privacy was compromised. Water and toilet clean and fine.

Ideal sized site - a kadibudka about 50-100m towards the second site of the owner, fireplace available. The only negative thing is the adjacent road (about 10-15m) - although it is not the main drag but until about 11pm and from about 5pm the cars just drive past and spoil the effect. Personally, I would pay extra for a second site next time, which is about 150m further towards Pupek pond.
