- The land has a stream running through it and we have our own pond, 50m from the land there is a pond otherwise it's wild with us without home comforts, but it's incredible quiet
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In rainy weather, a bit of the path may slide on the grass. There is no big hill, the path is wide, you don't have to worry about rubbing anything. We have newly made the worst part of the path gravel, there should be no problem with access. If the worst happens, we'll be happy to help.

In the recreation centre Pod Zvičinou about 600m from the property it is also possible to use the tennis court, playground or other attractions of the area for a fee (www.hotelpodzvicinou.cz/relaxace-sport). It is also possible to take a canoe or raft down a part of the Elbe between Dvůr Králové and Kuks (www.jedulabe.cz).
What one brings, let him take away. We will be happy if the property is free of clutter and trash. There is plenty of firewood on the property, an axe or saw is recommended. We will also prepare some wood for you. The land is partly in the woods, where the whole area is covered with wood chips and gravel, the other part is a meadow which we will mow regularly. We have a pool in the stream where clean water from the forest spring flows. The shop is about 1km away, the restaurant a walk of 1,5km. We do not resist your creative ideas on the property, quite the opposite. Do you want to build something there? A swing, a bench, a shelter? You have our permission. Please do not destroy and leave in place the equipment provided by us, which is available to all who visit us. Thank you very much and enjoy your stay.

A great place for relaxation and tranquility. I highly recommend it!
Interesting quiet place. Access through the JZD absolutely without problems, to the land also. Place hidden under trees, mowed before arrival. Spreading mulch is great. However, dry wood and fireplace accessories are missing. I highly recommend the place though, peace and privacy like nowhere 😉.
