There is no need to hide from the spring sun yet, as soon as it warms up properly, the mature trees will provide pleasant shade.

The Borek pod Troskami train station can be reached from the property on foot along the blue hiking trail in 35 minutes. From there you can go to Hruba Skala or Sedmihorek and from there along the Golden Trail of the Bohemian Paradise to other iconic places.

Garden of 4000m2 with mature trees with shady shelter possibilities, on the southern slope near the woodpecker preserve. It is near the blue hiking trail leading to the Svatopluk Čech lookout point, which is part of the Borecké skály natural monument. The place has a strategic location for hiking or riding (by bike in half an hour to Trosky or Hruba Skala or in 45 minutes to Valdštejn). In the village of Rovensko pod Troskami you can visit a wooden bell tower from 1630 with inverted bells that ring every Sunday at 12 noon.
The land is on a class III road with moderate traffic. It is sloping, with a few level parts of the surface suitable for camping.
The site usually has firewood (cannot always be guaranteed), two fire rings, a grill in the form of two blocks and a grate, and seating made of pallets.
Please ensure that the fire pit is sufficiently extinguished with water before leaving the site even briefly. Do not leave the property with an unlit fireplace! We do not have a water source as stated in the layout. Please report any problems found when you arrive on the property (trash, pet "treats"), we do not have the ability to be on the property every day, but we will try to address these reported cases "ASAP" :-)
The dry toilet on the property is usable, but not yet in as perfect condition as before, we are working on revitalizing it. There is room for 2 bookings on the property, but in the case of one larger group there is no problem to use it for more crews.

15minutes walk from the property is the Čechova vyhlídka with a route around the danča obora. The nearby rock formation Želva is also worth a visit. The blue trail continues to the village of Borek with the Motomuzeum (motomuzeumborek.cz) and a railway station, from where trains run to Hruba Skala, Sedmihorky and Turnov. From the Hrubá Skála stop you can reach the Golden Trail of the Bohemian Paradise and the section connecting Hrubá Skála Castle with Valdštejn Castle.
