The driveway is only slightly paved, but without a slope, so it is passable even in winter. Snow conditions have not been too difficult in recent seasons.
cycling
Not far from the property you can follow the flow of the Lužnice River, or on the other side go to Kozí hrádek or the more distant Choustník. All accessible by bike paths. Cycle route 1206 directly passes the access to the land.
Nearby is also the sports complex Komora, where cyclocross championships are regularly held.
fishing
Fishing is possible directly from the shore of the property or on the nearby river Lužnice.
water sports
Municipal biotope swimming pool literally across the creek.
activities for kids
In the vicinity, for example, JumpArena, playgrounds and especially the surrounding nature.
In the summer, the biotope swimming pool is open with a paddling pool for children.
hiking
Directly around the land passes the red tourist trail nearest to the tower Hýlačka above Tabor, or the ruins of Kozího hrádek near Kozský potok.

Just down the street is the Beneš Villa, now more accessible to the public than before.
Roller skaters can appreciate the circuit in the Komora sports complex, which can be reached by passing the cool WallClub. Here you can still stretch yourself while climbing on the artificial wall, or refresh yourself both on the terrace in the courtyard and in the cosy indoor spaces - in winter by the fireplace.

Sometimes the camper and the plot don't fit together. It happened to us in this case. The land is suitable for classic motorhomes with all the amenities, fully self-contained, where you can easily hide. And actually the place isn't bad at all. We lacked any semblance of privacy. The photos are a little confusing. It's a tiny lot more or less surrounded by houses on all sides. And then there's the operational detail - if the owner advertises that there's an accessible toilet on the property, then that should really be the case. You do get a "segregation toilet", but it's basically a bucket. Where to go with it on a property where there isn't even a tree, and therefore how to use it, you won't find out. It's a mockery. The owner should consider changing the description of the property. For us, this was one of the reasons we left the property immediately, even though it was, of course, paid for.
K separačnímu WC: v popisu pozemku se snažím být co nejpoctivější a výslovně uvádím, že jde o přenosnou toaletu (od renomovaného výrobce - stejný typ mimochodem ke spokojenosti používáme v naší dodávce na cestách) a že kadibudka je teprve v plánu. Uznávám ale, že jsem mohl při příjezdu lépe vysvětlit, jak ji na pozemku umístit a používat — to je pro mě cenná lekce a příště to určitě napravím.
Co se týče soukromí: pozemek se nachází v zástavbě u potoka, což v popisu i na mapě uvádím. Ostatní hosté to vnímají jako příjemný „skrytý kout ve městě" — ale plně respektuji, že kdo hledá opravdovou divočinu daleko od domů, ten by se měl poohlédnout jinde. I z fotek je zřejmé, že civilizace je nedaleko, nicméně je to dobrý tip doplňovat průběžně aktuální fotky dle ročního období, aby si každý dokázal lépe představit, co ho čeká. Pochopitelně v létě při plném olistění je soukromí na jiném levelu, než když listnáče shodí svou zeleň.
The place looks much better in person in summer than in the photos. According to the owners, very little traffic, so a good chance you will be there alone. Owners very nice, but you don't even have to see them (maybe a bonus for some). Access to the water is such that it's rather not, but I put my beer there to cool and washed the little guy, so it's doable. I read a review that someone was disturbed by the piggery, not us, it was quiet.

Great place, just a bit further to the centre of Tabor and you can hear the cars from the nearby road.
A nice clean cozy meadow with a comfortable flat area to pitch your tent, you can hear the creek, a beautiful piece of garden hidden in the city. A bit of road noise in the tent, but that's to be expected. Thank you!
This small fenced meadow among a couple of weekend houses is peaceful enough for resetting in nature after working week, or a family getaway. The only benefit from the river which it borders is gurgling, since it is muddy and approach is not safe. Anyone wanting to splash can do it in the biotope pool which is in the walking distance. The owner is pretty cool dude, his mother welcomed me and he also came to tell me there is someone in the settlement speaking english in case I need something.
