The plot itself is simply great. If you enjoy solitude and seclusion, this place is perfect. Although paragliders do show up there, it’s only when the weather is favorable for them. Access from the road is easy. It’s uphill, of course, but you can drive up with a trailer without any trouble. The views are out of this world. Communication with the owner could be a little better.
This place is truly unique thanks to its stunning views. It’s a great starting point for hiking and biking. We’ll definitely want to come back.

There wasn’t much traffic here (a few cyclists, an ATV, and a motorcycle; in the evening, another couple with a dog was enjoying the view in an old Škoda Octavia just a few meters from our tent). Other than that, it was pretty quiet.
The night sky was magical (the Milky Way was clearly visible, and there were countless Perseids). Don’t expect mountain silence and complete tranquility here, but you will find a nice view of the village, a flat area to pitch a tent, and a fire pit with a small grove where you can gather kindling.
Access to the property (in dry weather) is hassle-free and easy to find. Only the driveway could use some repair (drive carefully with a passenger car to avoid damaging the suspension).
