Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The entrance is on panels and even if there is gravel in front of the gate , so by making it the extreme entry point, there is no problem with entry or exit. To back in, go further from the Spa accommodation at the bamboo, continue straight on for 300m,where you can turn onto the concrete area on the right hand side and back. For better handling to back up.
Restriction of the access road
The gate is 3.5 m wide.

There are plenty of cycling routes in the surroundings, up to Šakvice. You can go around the whole reservoir. Sit somewhere for a beer, wine....

Marking Dyje 5, it's on a slope, you have to know the location.

The Nové Mlýny reservoir starts at 750 m, but the sandy beach is roughly 1.5 km around the reservoir.

You can walk around the tank immediately after the barrel towards the tank.
Please take your rubbish with you and leave the site clean for the next guests.If you make a fire, please clean the fire pit and take away any wood debris. Otherwise, enjoy and always take away a smile on your face and a beautiful memory.

The area is as described. Small but nice. Close to vineyards, which leads you on foot into an Italian flair. We felt at home. Everything important available. Water and electricity and a toilet. It would be nice to have a small garbage can at the property.

Great place! I recommend taking your bike (bike rack on the property). Everything was as in the photos. Nearby water reservoir, lots of beautiful places, viewpoints, ruins.

The garden is great. Just a little more difficult to park with a caravan. Otherwise everything without problems. We would love to come again.
