Our land is located in the picturesque landscape of the Broumovský výběžek, on a plateau near Police nad Metují in the village of Bezděkov nad Metují, with a direct view of the table mountain Ostaš, Adršpach-Teplice rocks, Jestřebí Mountains and the Giant Mountains.Its location at an altitude of 485m above sea level also offers magnificent views of the Broumov Walls, the Polish Góry Stołowe (Table Mountains-Bor and Hejšovina) and, with a turn of the head, the Orlické Mountains.Apart from the views, it is an ideal starting point for trips to the most visited places in the area such as Teplice nad Metují, Adršpach, Broumov, Hronov, Náchod or the Polish Karlów, as well as picturesque surrounding villages on the border Machov, Machovská Lhota, Bělý, Vysoká Srbská or Slavný.
It is a peaceful place in the outskirts of an even more peaceful village in the centre, near the pond of heaven.
In the vicinity of the land owner uninhabited building with fenced maintained garden.
In the place it is possible to buy common groceries or use the services of the family hotel "Na Mýtě".
... and HAND ON, you will have the land only for yourself, but if you would like to come with your family or friends and share your place voluntarily, we will certainly arrange it :o)

not in the pond, certainly in the surroundings...we are not fishermen, so we have no knowledge.... but certainly in the Rozkoš reservoir...there we were chased by fishermen as swimmers several times and the hook in our leg was proof of that

In our country, wherever you look, there is a hiking trail leading that way☺ When you are "around the corner", you will warm up at Vysoká Srbská and its lookout tower, walk through the Maršov valley along the Metuje river, climb the Ostaš table mountain, run through the Broumov walls with a stop at Božanovský Špičák and the unique viewpoint at Koruna,The Adršpach-Teplice Rocks with the ruins of Bischofstein Castle, the Stork Lookout Tower or the Cross Hill, the Javoří and Jestřebí Mountains with the Žaltman and Markoušovická lookout towers, you will "blow" to Ruprechtice Špičák with another great lookout tower, you have enough training for the Krkonoše Mountains in sight.And if that's not enough, there are the Góry Stołowe for you.Polish "rock towns" Błędne Skały (Flying Rocks) with a rock maze or the Szczeliniec Wielki 919m (Czech traditional Hejšovina) and a mountain hut, many viewing platforms and a deep dark gorge where you can taste the taste of "Pekélka".
We recommend to use the local cyclo-bus with a stop directly in Bezděkov nad Metují and set off for a beautiful crossing of the Broumov Walls along the Karlów-Slavný-Police nad Metují ridge.
And for those who don't like it enough, you can join the Czech Trail and come back to us from the other side... but then don't forget to extend your stay☺☺☺☺ After this trip, your shoes will need a vacation ☺
History lovers should by no means leave us without visiting the picturesque Broumov and the Broumov Monastery.There are Baroque churches in the Broumov area called the Broumov group of churches,which also includes the church of St. Procopius of Bezděk and their unique atmosphere is definitely worth a "VISIT".
In the summer months, concerts of Czech and foreign artists are held in these churches.The concerts are held every Saturday from 6 pm, the entrance fee is voluntary and the proceeds go to the care of these churches.The current programme is available at www.zapoklady.cz ...and if you are in the right place at the right time, you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience☺ This year's concert in the church of St.Prokop in Bezděkov nad Metují will take place on 23.8.2025 at 18.00. For pond lovers ☺ Our little pond called HEAVENLY because it has no inflow and is fed only by "water that fell from the sky" or subsurface water from local historic HILLS, located a few steps from the property.The ingenuity of our ancestors is definitely worth seeing ...and if you are lucky this sultry summer,they will be full as well as the pond ☺...but if the HALTIRES dry up and the sky doesn't shrink,our pond will be empty too... ☺ I hope it won't spoil your good mood ☺

Beautiful, quiet location in a picturesque village. Owner very nice and helpful. Water and sink available as announced. The land was ready, including wood for the fireplace.
Nice quiet place, has its charm in the sun and rain, the owner is relaxed and fine. Everything was fine.
Super site in semi secluded area, if you have a dog runner you will have to watch him, but otherwise great.
