There is only one possible reservation on the land, but there can be many of you. We think the privacy gives the place just the right atmosphere. When booking, please allow for the fact that we come to work on the property. Most of the time we're hidden away in the vineyard and you won't even know we're there. The exception is tractor work, unfortunately we can't do that quietly. We only go to the orchard part of the property to pick fruit if it is ripening.
There is a fireplace, firewood, everything necessary for lighting, even an axe. Next to the fireplace there is a small storage area for food or drinks. There is also a pallet seating area, with toasting forks and a rubbish bin.
We would also be happy to welcome you to the Alpacina farm, located in the village of Nenkovice. You can arrange a visit when you book the property - please email us to book in advance - once you are on the property, dates may be taken. For up to date information please visit our instagram or facebook.
You can also arrange a guided wine tasting with us, or we can just set up the bottles of your choice. Good wine is inseparable from the sunset in our vineyard. And if you prefer something spicier, you will surely enjoy the apricot slivovitz or the sloe from our orchard. We have also newly added honey from our bees to the range, it is real (raw) honey, unpasteurized, unprocessed, just rolled into jars.

- There is no water directly on the property, but we always bring you fresh water in a barrel, at least for basic hygiene and possibly for cooking.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The road is quite easy to drive through after a rainfall of up to 10mm, 4x4 drive is a certainty, any more is worse for the road to absorb - I estimate it takes until the next day for the road to dry out.

There is a dense network of asphalt and off-road cycle paths with beautiful views of the hills of Moravian Tuscany.

In Nenkovice there is the Nynek pond, where it is possible to fish without a fishing licence with the permission of the municipality of Nenkovice.
water sports
Swimming is allowed on Nynek pond at your own risk. There is also a small pebble beach.

The playground is a 500 metre walk from the property, the playground is located by the school and local pub.
hiking
Walks in the surroundings offer magnificent views of the Moravian Tuscany, the highest point is the nearby Babí quarry (417 m above sea level), from which you can see the peaks of the Alps in clear weather.
Other activities
The owners of the land have a mini farm Alpacina in the village of Nenkovice, where they breed alpaca llamas, sheep and other domestic animals. Visiting the farm is possible by prior arrangement.
Before your arrival, we’ll send you the code for the box located on the outside of the gate. Use the code to open the security box containing the keys. Please return the keys to the same spot at the end of your stay. Please be kind to our vineyard and trees.

A place that surprises you in just about every way. A beautiful fenced-in property with a vineyard and fruit trees, mostly apricot trees (we were lucky—they were ripening 🙃). Accustomed to other places, we brought almost everything with us, but we basically didn’t need anything. There’s an axe, matches, a solid fire starter, a pile of firewood, even a mosquito repellent candle, and toiletries in the outhouse 🧻💩). The owners bring water to the site in a barrel. A lovely pergola with a sleeping area is taking shape on the property. A big advantage is that the property is secluded, so no one will disturb you. Compared to a campground, you get much more value for your money here—especially since you’re the only reservation on the property. The spot is perfect for stargazing, with minimal light pollution.
The owners are a young couple—really nice people with big hearts. The young lady gave us some excellent apricot jam. As someone who doesn’t use social media, I can only mention—based on my wife’s recommendation—that you should check out their Instagram profile or the websites odsvobodu.cz or alpaciny.cz
We got to see the beautiful animals on the owners’ farm, bought and took home some excellent wine and jam, and my only regret is that we didn’t know sooner that they also sell farm-fresh eggs. So if you’re looking for high-quality ingredients like eggs 🍳, honey 🍯, jam, or a few bottles of excellent wine 🍷, don’t hesitate to ask. I definitely recommend it.
A great place to stay overnight. I could even imagine spending several days here. Views of the surrounding countryside. Far enough from the village to ensure peace and quiet in the evening. The entire property is fenced in. Firewood, a log with an axe, and a roasting fork are a nice bonus.
Watch out for woodlice—there were a lot of them here. They like to crawl into your bags if you leave them on the ground in the shelter.
Everything was perfect; we really enjoyed ourselves even in the heat, thanks to the plenty of trees and shady spots. Everything was set up just as described.
