It is possible to relax here while listening to the light gurgling of the Líšnický brook, which flows next door. The area is separated from the village by a wall of vegetation and on the other side there is a meadow and forest. There is limited signal for mobile phones.
There is permanent seating (table, chairs and benches) at the adjacent fire pit (about 20 m), which can be used as is or moved to the tent if desired.
Visitors can use a tap with running cold water, a dry toilet in the mill yard. There is also an outdoor power socket with electricity for charging smaller equipment by arrangement.
At a distance of about 40 m from the property there is a working beehive. It is separated by a multiple wall of vegetation and bee visits are minimal. Allergy sufferers are nevertheless advised to bring appropriate medication.
Bee honey and candles can be purchased on site.

- There is an outdoor tap with cold drinking water in the courtyard of the mill (approx. 40 m). It works all season until it starts to freeze. After that it is possible to use water from inside the mill by arrangement.

The area is located adjacent to the E10 international cycle route and the whole picturesque valley is a popular route for cyclists.

Several marked hiking trails pass through the valley adjacent to the property.
horses
The land is right next to the ford over the Líšnický brook, which is popular with groups of horses heading to/from the surrounding forests.
On days when there is no increased fire danger, it is possible to build a fire on an adjacent fire pit. We would like to be briefed before lighting a fire to assess safety, particularly with regard to rainfall or drought levels in accordance with the Fire Brigade's advice.Visitors are required to clean up after themselves and restore the site to its original condition. A municipal dumpster may be used along the road slightly uphill. Please do not bring dogs or other animals into the yard.
