Seasonal holiday cottage in a quiet cottage settlement near Macha Lake. Excellent location, easily accessible location, 3 minutes walk from the restaurant, 3 minutes by car from Doksy, where there are plenty of shops and services, in short, a great starting point for exploring the beauty and sights of the picturesque Kokořínsko - Macha region, and at the same time just over an hour from Prague.

The cottage is equipped with bedding and appliances (see photo). On the ground floor there is a veranda, which also serves as a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 beds, a shower room and a toilet. The other 3 beds are in the attic, which is accessed by a slightly steeper staircase from the hallway. Behind the cottage is a terrace with garden furniture and under the cottage is a garage which now serves as a storage room for bikes, barbecue, garden furniture etc.

The local accommodation fee is 30 CZK per adult per day (except the first day). The fee for entering the forest is 100 CZK/vehicle/weekend or 200 CZK/vehicle/week. Both are payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer in advance.
Off peak season bookings sometimes cannot be approved because the water is already closed or due to other off-season arrangements. However, approval/disapproval is always done almost immediately.
Significant discount for multi-night stays. Bookings shorter than 3 nights will not be approved. But we prefer longer stays.
If arrival/departure does not conflict with other guests, you can arrive/leave at any time by agreement.
It is also possible to buy wood briquettes for the barbecue, rent an electric bike, bicycle, paddle board and more. Please check the availability of equipment in advance.
A refundable deposit of 5000 CZK is required upon taking over the cottage. If you wish to stay on your own without having to coordinate your arrival with me, the deposit is payable in advance on account. The deposit is refundable on departure in cash or by return payment.

A nice, quiet place that invites to many walking, cycling and moto trips. The nearest beach Klůček about half an hour walk. Cottage beautifully furnished, clean, kitchen well equipped. Communication with the caretaker was excellent - problems with the boiler and septic tank were solved quickly and willingly.
