The land plot of 2500 m2 is located in a quiet area at the very end of the village of Lubě pod Cerna Hora. The land is fenced and adjacent to the land of the owner/landlord. Privacy is ensured by mature trees and a wooden fence. The edge of the land is bordered by mixed forest, meadows and road. There is so little traffic on the road that you can practically camp there :-)


Our small village is located on the edge of the Moravian Karst and can offer a variety of entertainment, attractions and hiking trips. There are tennis courts, a swimming pool, a playground for children, a bike path, a bus stop, a train stop, and a small pub where they cook great food.

The place is magical. Unfortunately, we can't rate the land.
Owner's reaction Kvůli zdravotním důvodům jsem nemohl dokončit nový, pohodlnější příjezd na pozemek. Hostům jsem nabídl náhradní pozemek, který přijali, ale po první noci se rozhodli, že to není ono, takže fakticky ani na inzerovaném místě nebyli. Doufám, že do budoucna nám to vyjde :-) Mějte se krásně.

It is quiet and peaceful and the atmosphere is very friendly. There is a worse entrance to the property from a curve, fortunately there is hardly any traffic on the road. We couldn't do without wedges to get the car level for sleeping.

Nice place, nice owners, big bonus is the local free swimming pool and nice walks in the surroundings. More difficult access is to the property.

There is a charming little swimming pool in the village with a stylish pub. Nearby is the charming valley "U krkaté báby" which offers beautiful and easy routes for hiking :)
