The garden is large and slightly uphill (if you come with a motorhome, we recommend having wedges to level it).
Mains electricity connection is available.
Chemical toilet and grey water dispensing and possible water filling is possible in the parking lot of the Safari Park, see photo (distance: approx. 3 min drive).
There is a pergola with an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor equipped kitchen (skewers for braziers, dishes, glasses, cutlery). Just please - in extreme dry weather there is a great risk of fires, take great care and never walk away from a fire!
There is also an outdoor shower during the summer.
The property does not have drinking water (only a well - we use water on a regular basis)

We only ever rent the land to one landlord, however if there are more than one of you, let us know and we will make arrangements.
If you are unable to attend we do not offer the option of rebooking, thank you for your understanding.
Please keep the pergola and the property clean and tidy.
Each day the groundsman will come by mutual agreement to feed the chickens, which are located at the back of the property where the green maintenance facilities are located - this task will take no more than 10mins.
Tips for the trip:
The Safari Park is less than a 5 minute drive or even a walk away.
You can also walk (about half an hour) to the beautiful Forest Kingdom Dam. About 15 minutes by car you can also reach the Kuks Hospital. And in half an hour you are in Jánské Lázně (cable car or hiking trip to Černá hora), or 40 minutes to Pec pod Sněžkou (cable car or hiking trip to Sněžka).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Access to the site may be difficult in poor weather due to the gentle slope. Please check with the owner in advance for access and parking options. The plot is only available for rent from spring to autumn. Wedges are recommended for leveling. Tip. In case of rain, it will be easier to drive out and the terrain will not be disturbed.

Nice place. Nice well-kept garden. Pergola with barbecue came in handy.
Our first trip to the "campless" could not have gone better. It was already clear from the communication with the owners that it was going to be a great experience. A beautiful, well-kept property where we were also allowed to use a fully equipped pergola to provide plenty of shade, so there was no need to bring out the awning. The outdoor shower is also great. The views from the garden are breathtaking. There are some great trips to go on from the place, we visited everything the owner gave us tips on and it was well worth it, thank you for them.
The chemical toilet can be conveniently poured at the Safari Zoo, 4 km away, in the car park for the campsite, which is open to the public. Be sure to bring the wedges, as the owner mentions, you can't do without them.
We thank you again for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back sometime and recommend this place to everyone.

We arrived at a beautifully prepared site. We managed the slope with the help of wedges and then just enjoyed the divine peace. There was an occasional gunshot from the range, but nothing that disturbed us particularly.
