Land near Zbraslav, southern part of Prague near Vltava river.
Bus stop is 5 min walk. We are in a quiet settlement with nice neighbours.
On the plot is our dry toilet and seasonally drinking water, seating and fireplace.
It is also possible to do laundry for a fee.

The land is small, for a caravan it is better to have a mover, the owner very friendly, strategic location for trips to Prague and the surrounding area

The land and the background are perfect, the owners are nice and helpful. We were with 4 children so it was great for us that the land is fenced. A mover is advisable to use to make it easier to get in and out of the property. It is close to Zbraslav where everything you need is. There are many places to hike nearby. Quiet place.
