A place to stay overlooking a paddock with horses, a fire pit and a pergola. Connection available ⚡, drinking water delivery by arrangement or possibility of pumping from a hose line at the house 1 km away.
In the nearby village (500 m) there are 2 well-stocked grocery stores, across the meadow there is a playground for children and in walking distance (about 20 minutes) there is a popular boating camp on the river Otava - swimming, refreshments and an inflatable trampoline for children.

The drive to the property is wide, albeit slightly sloping, but it is paved with crushed stone so you shouldn't have a major problem when entering. We drive down here year round with equipment/water supplies for the horses. Things can get worse when the snowpack is higher or just after it melts.
