It is located on a slope in the middle of a young deciduous forest. Foxes and deer give a good night's rest here and occasionally you can spot a wild boar. There is a good 4G-5G phone signal, but no WiFi, water or electricity. However, it is worth it, the connection with nature, romantic evenings with beautiful sunsets and time together with a glass of wine, at the barbecue and stargazing.
Walks in the woods, in the surroundings and mushroom picking are also possible. Especially in late spring, the birdsong can wake you up and the trees provide pleasant shade in the hammock in the hot summer.
Fires are not currently allowed but a gas grill is available.
Several activities are available in the nearby area such as hiking, cycling, swimming in the nearby Lake Boden, the nearby Lake Medard or visiting our famous spa towns.
We are located about 17km from the spa town of Františkovy Lázně, 29km from the spa town of Kynžvart, 30km from Karlovy Vary and 42km from Mariánské Lázně.

- There is no drinking water, electricity or shower, but we will be happy to charge your phones. If you would like to use your own solar shower,

The driveway is gravel, the narrowest point is at the house in the village, which you have to drive through and measures about 3.5 metres.
Restriction of the access road
The narrowest space for a car/van to pass is at the front of the last house in the village and is about 3.5-4m wide.

Swimming is possible in the nearby Lake Constance, about 20 minutes walk or just a few minutes by car or bike. A15 minute drive away is the famous Medard.

The seating around the barbecue is ready and seating for individual pitches is also in the pipeline (pallet style garden furniture.) We currently have 3 hammocks available and will provide one for each pitch in the near future if required.
As our site is on a gentle slope, we have 5 freshly prepared pitches and a sixth is possible in the lower woodland. All campsites have recently been seeded and grassed.

A secluded place with great owners. You can hear the wind in the distance, but otherwise it's completely quiet (we were alone when we visited).
