The owner is very helpful and accommodating, everything can be arranged! Despite the fact that the bees were already preparing for winter, we were shown the inside of the hive. The interpretation was very interesting and we even saw the queen.
The land is on the very edge of the village, with a view of the countryside and Klatovy. The big advantage is that no other guest can be there and the whole thing is available. The horses and goats are completely at ease, they are obviously used to people.
Inside the cottage it smells beautifully of wax and sleeping on the raised bed overlooking the garden and the animals was pleasant. Of course, the inside is not airtight, so there are some bees inside. These have the option of flying out on their own or there is a contraption for them. From my point of view they were quiet, just the wasps were a bit more numerous.
I don't think it's in the description, but there is a fridge available!

Sleeping in the apidomek was a new experience for us and definitely worth it! 🙂 The apidomek was equipped with a comfortable and large double bed, when we walked in we were greeted by the beautiful smell of beeswax, the air was very pleasant to sleep in. In the other room we had a fridge, kettle and mugs, that's it as far as amenities go:) The owner was very accommodating though, so we believe she would have provided us with utensils if needed. Outside the apidomek there was a bench under a beautiful oak tree for evening seating.
Apart from the fragrant sleeping area, we must highlight the bee hive tour. We were given protective suits and were able to see everything up close. The owner described many details of the bees' life to us, she was keen that we could see as much as possible live:) We were thrilled!
