The land is nice, but in the lower part it is heavily waterlogged. On arrival I got stuck with my car. Fortunately, the owner willingly pulled me out the next morning. The aforementioned toilet and shower was unfortunately not available as other people were staying in the garden cottage - the owner rents the cottage on another site. So I guess it all depends on whether someone is staying there at the time or not. The owner was otherwise helpful and cool. I just recommend asking about everything properly before you arrive so you're not surprised.
