Beautiful place with two ponds on the edge of a quiet village near the forest. We decided to extend our stay for one more day. We also appreciated the freshly mown lawn. The owner was accommodating, kind and helpful - he responded immediately to our request for an extension. The place is also great for a stay with a dog. We definitely recommend it for a visit!
We admit that we went here with some trepidation because of a recent review, but in the end we were very pleasantly surprised. Arrival was absolutely uneventful and the property itself enchanted us - peace, quiet and beautiful nature. The fishing was also a big plus and we really enjoyed it. The owner was very nice, willingly lent us fishing equipment and a portable fireplace.👌
Overall a very nice experience, we definitely recommend the place and would love to come back in the future.
Worst place we've visited in the last 5 years. The drive through the muddy agricultural cooperative did not deter us (as written in other comments). The road led us to two ponds right under the silage pits, and their smell was omnipresent. We were driving a motorhome with a tin can, and getting to the ponds was a no-go. (Photos of the driveway were supplied by the owner after our objections). Plus with an amazing view of the car park. The photos posted by the owner match the location but only from a few well chosen angles!!! He ignored our objections for a refund and argued that we had already paid and did not need to return anything!!!! Definitely not recommended. We went to Bezkempu Feeding Ground where we can rate 1A.

Owner very nice, helpful. Nothing is a problem, he tries to accommodate and help in everything. The access is through the former JZD, which in the rain makes the way a little difficult. We really liked it, we will definitely come back.

Owner's reaction Vždy se snažím o maximální spokojenost hostů. Proto mě velice mrzí Vaše reakce. K Vaší připomínce bych rád uvedl, že jsem Vás opakovaně kontaktoval (telefonicky i formou SMS) s žádostí o zaslání čísla účtu, kam bych mohl obratem vrátit zaplacenou částku. Bohužel jsem od Vás neobdržel žádnou odpověď. Co se týče příjezdové cesty – na pozemek vedou cesty dvě, z nichž jedna je ta, kterou hosté běžně využívají. Právě tu také zachycují fotografie i videa, která jsou dlouhodobě zveřejněna na portálu. Zpětná vazba od ostatních hostů je vesměs pozitivní – například ihned po Vašem odjezdu dorazili další návštěvníci, kteří nezaznamenali žádný problém. Pro ty, co čtou toto hodnocení doporučuji udělat si vlastní názor – k dispozici jsou fotografie i video záznamy (včetně záběrů z dronu od hostů), které věrně zobrazují okolí i možnosti přístupu na pozemek.
