What to do?

Greywater (shower, washing)
- Spilling grey water in the grass outside the camping area is fine.
Chemical toilet
- Please don't dump on the property, in the case of a natural toilet, bury it afterwards :)
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access road is on the meadow, when entering the property take care and drive only on the beaten path to avoid raking the meadow in rainy days.
Restriction of the access road
It'll run anything from small to large motorhomes. Although I'm not a fan of stereotypes, here I recommend sticking to the beaten track and then everything is no problem :)
cycling
There is a cycle path around the land, you can go to Pardubice, Hradec, Kunětice Mountain, or the surrounding nature and culture.
fishing
LABE Reiver, ideal conditions for predators. There are several fishing spots and the size of the property gives room for at least ten rods, hidden spots for casting to catfish, etc. One can catch parma, catfish and carp and various other fish of considerable size.
water sports
Accessible Elbe right from the property for swimming, paddleboarding, boating, etc. I recommend water shoes.
activities for kids
Nearby playground, about 500 towards Nemcice. Exploring nature, learning about plants, fish, critters around in nature instead of from a screen. Often a hare, deer run across the property and herds of horses behind the fences.
hiking
From here you can go on various trips to the surrounding sights, nature, pubs, etc. Towards Kunětická hora between the fences there is a beautiful maringotka with draft beer, grilled sausage and also beautiful views, a great place to visit.
horses
There are horse corrals nearby, please don't feed them. Stroking allowed :)
Zvířátka
Občas proběhne zajíc polní, srnka, bažant. Za ohradami pak běhají stáda koní.
Other activities
My favorite is fishing and barbecue. It's worth a bike ride or a walk to Kunětická hora, visit a pub or a maringotka on the meadow and enjoy the local peace.
Leave the land as you came to it, or cleaner :) Take your wood wherever you can find it in the associated woods. The meadow may be mowed occasionally by farmers to keep the grass from bothering you, if you see them, say hello and let them do their job :)

The place was very accessible and nicely landscaped. The silence and nice view combined with virtually zero light smog created a beautiful atmosphere for a peaceful rest. The mysterious setting thanks to the meander of the Elbe and the fog was fascinating and the magical view of the nearby Kunětická Hora castle added even more charm to the place.
A cool place with a view of Kunětice Mountain. There is one well-kept place on the plot. If more of you gather on the plot, the plot is big enough not to know about each other. However, the rest of the site is not maintained, so we camped on a site overgrown with tall grass (hence the lower rating). I recommend that if you know that there will be more of you on the site, inquire about the condition of the site, I believe you can come to an agreement with the owner.

This place is perfect! The name Oasis describes it. The tranquillity, the river access extra precious for us hardy people, the horses in the area, the view of Kuňetická Mountain and the deer everywhere in the morning. Pecka, romantic as hell! Moreover, the place was beautifully prepared and everything was as written. Definitely highly recommended . And thank you for a great experience.
