Beautiful maringotka in a nice location by the meadow and forest. Super facilities like running (utility) water, outdoor shower, everything for fire and barbecue etc. The marquee is clean and smells of wood. You can hear the road behind the woods a bit, but somehow I didn't mind. We had a lovely weekend for two with the dog!

Nice, clean, wood-scented marquee. There are only 12v sockets with USB reduction (A and C). Bed comfortable, we fit two adults and three small(2, 4, 6 years) children. The road(bike path width) is in sight. During the day we only saw local kids on bikes pass by. No one towards the evening, no dog walker/domestication of the local woods :D The pond is clean (there is a pump).
Quite a nice place on the border of pasture and forest by a small pond. Plenty of room around the marquee, reasonable privacy. There is a marked hiking trail (asphalt road) about 150 yards from the marquee, but I don't think it would be a problem.
The marquee itself is absolutely great, everything you need inside (stove, gas cooker, dishes, sink, water, double bed, warm blankets and extra blankets, table, chairs, electricity). All equipment new, clean, functional.
Outside fireplace, barbecue, kadibudka, mentioned pond.
Maringotka was easy to heat up even on a frosty weekend.
Owner helpful, no problems with communication.
Overall, I can only recommend.
The road České Budějovice - Kaplice - Dolní Dvořiště, about 300 meters away, is a bit audible. I didn't mind it, but for completeness I am writing it.
