The land is on a gentle slope and adjacent to the family house. However, we will certainly not disturb. A few minutes walk is a forest with a small dam, deer often walk up to the land. There are also plenty of birds on the property, which will caress your soul with their singing in the evening and morning. At the same time, the infrastructure is just a short walk away and the bus only a few minutes to the very center of Ostrava or Havířov. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away, there is also a night service. Ideal for Beats for Love or Colours of Ostrava.
The land is also a short walk from the traffic link (Rudné Street), which connects the D1 and D56 motorways and indirectly also the D48. Therefore, it also offers for overnight stays on a long journey.
The land is suitable for a total of 8 bookings, however we only use its capacity during festivals when we have been asked to increase capacity by non-campers. During the year the capacity is moderated and in most cases you will be alone on the site :-)
There is an excellent pizzeria nearby, pizzas can be ordered to go or eaten at the pub next door at a table, a bed and breakfast, a large convenience store, an indoor pool with cafe and health food, a bar and a cultural club.
The house to which the property adjoins originally dates from 1909 and is now renovated. However, final cleaning and landscaping work is still lacking, so we welcome Bezkempa also as an opportunity to earn extra money to finish everything as soon as possible.

- You can rent a portable chemical toilet for a refundable deposit; the portable toilet can be used behind a wooden screen. We especially appreciate it when you bring your own portable chemical toilet during festivals.

- We will be happy if you arrange for a chemical toilet to be poured before our visit. There are petrol stations in the area. In an emergency, it is possible to pour the chemical toilet on the toilet in the house.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In the summer it is possible to park cars directly on the meadow by the tent. Although it is possible to enter the meadow, it is always best to come to the house on the concrete path first and arrange according to the current situation. In the case of a caravan, we do not recommend it otherwise.

The property is set back from the surrounding houses, but it is still located within the village, so we ask that you be considerate of our neighbors so that not only you but also other guests can return next time, and so that our neighbors won’t mind.
There is space for multiple tents on the property, but only 1 or, at most, 2 of the reservations may be for a caravan or RV (depending on size); for this reason, we approve reservations on a case-by-case basis. If you have a trailer of any type in addition to your caravan, please reserve 2 plots!
You may build a fire by prior arrangement. There is a bench under a walnut tree right on the property.
The village has a noise ordinance in effect that extends quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.
For each adult, you must pay the City of Ostrava’s accommodation fee on site, currently 45 Kč for each day of your stay (including partial days), excluding the first day of your stay.
Please take all your trash with you whenever possible. You may use our private trash bin, but the amount of trash should be reasonable and, most importantly, sorted into the appropriate bins.
Please also adhere to the number of guests registered for the property. We are not a campground, and the capacity is intentionally set as stated and approved in the reservation. Furthermore, circumventing bezkempu.cz is against the rules.

The owner was helpful and friendly. They provided us with drinking water for our RV. They gave us directions on where to go. The deer not only said good night to us, but also good morning. Even though there was a festival going on in Ostrava and the city was bursting at the seams, it was peaceful and quiet here. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you
