The property is in close proximity to our permanently occupied cabin, so we will inevitably meet. We expect respect for the night time quiet, the flower beds and to behave within the bounds of decorum :) we are a young family with a friendly nature, we have organised lots of events for friends on our land, we are sociable and used to the hustle and bustle. We love our dogs, but the feral ones need to be kept on a lead for the kids and flower beds.

A great place that I can recommend to everyone.
I used the barrel purely for sleeping during my visit to Prague. In retrospect I regret that I didn't have more space to enjoy both the charming grounds and the friendly and sympathetic owners. Hopefully next time :)

Relaxed overnight stay in a barrel, less than an hour from Prague train station by public transport, inexpensive restaurant 15 minutes away. There is no good Wi-Fi in the valley.

Completely unplanned we came across the possibility of staying at this place. We didn't have any big expectations, we wanted to try to find a refuge from the heat in Prague and at the same time in nature. We arrived at the place in the evening. On the way we were bothered by mosquitoes, so we were a bit worried about how we would sleep, as we had our 15 month old son with us. Anyway, we were very pleasantly surprised by the place, the barrel was also protected by a mosquito net, so we had no problem with mosquitoes. We had a nice rest in the barrel with the sound of the stream and the morning rain. The climate on the property is pleasant. My son was able to play in the sandbox for children in his free time, which is right in the garden. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Overall, our time with her and her children was very enjoyable. We would love to visit again sometime.
