You can look forward to approximately 5,000 m² of flat, grassy meadows. The site is surrounded on three sides by shrubs and trees, which provide privacy. The property is located in a secluded spot in the northern part of the village of Jiřín; a yellow hiking trail runs alongside it, perfect for walks or bike rides. You can build a fire in the fire pit on the meadow; firewood is provided in the woodshed. Water is available from the nearby Jiřínský Creek; there is no restroom on site.
You can take day trips in the surrounding area, for example, to Maršovský Pond, Trojanský Pond, the Hubenov Dam, Černý Pond, the Jewish cemetery near Větrný Jeníkov, the Zaječí skok rock formation, the peat bog near Milíčovský Creek, or the well-known Čeřínek Nature Park. The nearest restaurant and grocery store can be found in the village of Vyskytná nad Jihlavou, which is 4 km away. Approximately 15 minutes from the D1 highway; take the Větrný Jeníkov exit. Upon arriving in Jiřína, enter “Jiřín No. 66” into your GPS; this is the last house on a cul-de-sac, which leads to a dirt road—follow this road for another 250 m. The entrance to the property is on the right-hand side; you’ll recognize it by the green Avia van.
