Great! Beautiful level tent site close to the bike path and river. We appreciate the possibility of using the toilet in the house and the outdoor shower. Recommended!
Nice well-kept garden and the owner showed and explained everything. After a busy day in the evening, the outdoor shower in the garden was great.
We liked the garden, it was such an idyll under the apple tree:D We really appreciated the toilet, the outdoor shower, and the friendly and helpful attitude of the owner. The place is also close to the bus stop, so it is possible to get there comfortably even without a car.
This is a small garden near the family house, where two large tents can be easily set up side by side. In our case it was sufficient - we were here with a friend and the children.
Advantage: toilet with sink and water (hot and cold) is accessible close to the house. There is also a table with benches in the garden, which we used for breakfast and dinner.
With the owner an agreement on almost everything we needed. We did not use the electricity.
Fully sufficient for an overnight stay with children. There are plenty of beautiful places in and around Decin, so staying on the property unnecessarily would be a waste of time :-D.
We managed to park almost always in the street in front of the house. The walk to the tent is about 30 - 40 m.

Disadvantage from my point of view: It's in a street where there is a house on a house, a plot next to a plot. So it happened to us that our playful kids immediately accidentally threw something over the fence onto the neighboring property. Fortunately the neighbors were helpful, but we had to pretty much tame the kids to keep it from happening again. The same in the evenings, so that the neighbours would not be disturbed by the children's happy shouting.
Nice garden in a quiet neighborhood with a nice family. With seating, garden shower and toilet available on the ground floor. We will be happy to come back here next time we go to Decin for ferraty.
