I spent the weekend in Apidomek and I have to say it was one of the best ways to really relax.
Sleeping directly over the beehives with the bees is an incredible experience - the gentle buzzing is soothing and you feel connected to nature in a completely different way than you normally do. The sleep was really deep and very restorative after a long time. As someone who works in IT, I don't get much sleep, but here I was really able to "reset".
The whole place has a unique atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The surrounding area offers a lot of possibilities - beautiful nature for hiking, bike paths for cycling and right next to it is a pond where you can catch fish.
The owner is also a great person - helpful, friendly and you can see that he does it with his heart. This makes the whole place have an even more pleasant energy.
My head is often full and switching off is not easy. But I managed to do it here. And that's probably the biggest value for me. I left with the feeling that I had really relaxed after a long time - not just physically, but also in my head. That's exactly the kind of place you need sometimes.
I'd love to come back here again.
