The view of the countryside is beautiful, the forest is just a few meters away and civilization is also nearby.
We offer land on a hill and with a view of the countryside, located between and yet outside the villages of Sněžné, Dobřany and Bystré.
The land is completely fenced with a code entry gate.
On the plot you will find a covered terrace with seating, fireplace, wood. Drinking water and dry toilet.
The land is gently sloping - there are wedges for residents and caravans to pad out under the patio. For campers, the covered terrace can serve as a platform for the tent.
Possibility to bring a four legged friend - they will have a fenced paddock larger than 1/3 of the hectare.

In wet weather, access conditions can be difficult - the last section is an unpaved dirt road slightly uphill.

The entrance gate is locked with a code lock. This will either be sent to you on the day of arrival in your booking message or you can call for it when you arrive. The code is set on the side where the white lines are. Under no circumstances use the lower SET- OFF switch. This sets the new code. Only when you leave, switch the number combination again, but do not switch the lower button at all! Thank you.

Airy place with beautiful views of the countryside. Excellent water for drinking, tea and coffee. Great sunsets. Fencing in good condition. You have to take into account the leveling of the dwelling, there is no level plain. We were very satisfied and we were definitely not the last time here. Thanks!
Beautiful land with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The shelter with seating right by the fire pit was a total blast. The property is well fenced which is great for us dog walkers. Occasionally someone would walk or cycle past, but nothing disturbing and the land is a short walk from the road (which wasn't very busy) but that didn't disturb us either and there was minimal traffic in the evenings. Otherwise maximum privacy, great relaxation and the possibility of nice walks around the area. The only downside was that it was difficult to find even a somewhat level spot, even though we have wedges, but it worked out in the end. We liked it here and we were satisfied.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view of the countryside. It was a bit of a struggle to get the caravan on level ground but it worked. We were very satisfied with the owner. For dog walkers absolutely ideal. Just in front of the property endless meadows.
Beautiful place, wonderful views with total privacy. The land is beautiful, well-kept and large plus toilet, tap with water and spacious pergola. As dog owners we appreciated the good fencing. We definitely recommend.
