This is our garden just outside the village of Rokytnice u Přerova and we believe that you will be nice here.
There is a garden house on it, but it is not included in the offer.

What to do?

- There are two rainwater barrels on the property. During dry periods, they may be empty, but this is rare.

- The grey water can be poured onto the compost heap. There are two large piles at the front and back of the property. Please do not dump grey water anywhere else, not even in the caddy. Thank you

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The garden is accessed from an asphalt road. The entire plot is grassy, unpaved, so please, especially in the rain, check before entering that you are able to safely enter and then exit the plot.
Restriction of the access road
There are a number of trees on the property. Please park in such a way as to avoid a collision. We are not responsible for any damage to your car.

activities for kids
The trampoline and swings on the property are available for your children to use freely. The trampoline has a weight limit of 100 kg; please do not bring any sharp objects onto it. All attractions on the property are to be used at your own risk and under adult supervision.
You’ll find a large playground near the U Pošty store on the way to Přerov.
Other activities
A multipurpose sports field and workout area are located in the village, a 350-meter walk from the property. This area also features the Lianelto kiosk, which serves coffee and delicious ice cream (during the summer season), both about an 800-meter walk from the property.
Before entering the property, check the condition of the terrain (especially after rain) and keep your vehicle a safe distance from trees and branches. Broken branches are no problem, but please don’t damage your car. Please keep in mind that windy weather can cause branches to fall. We are not liable for any damage that may occur.
Fires may be lit in accordance with applicable laws and only in the fire pit. You may use the wood and branches available on the property (under the pergola and by the compost bin in the back). Please keep fires to a reasonable size and extinguish them afterward.
Staying under the pergola is prohibited due to its instability.
Rainwater from the barrels may be used; however, please do not wash anything directly in the barrel—instead, scoop the water into the basin next to it to avoid contaminating the entire barrel.
Use of the trampoline and other attractions is at your own risk and only under adult supervision. The trampoline has a weight limit of 100 kg. Do not bring any sharp objects onto the trampoline.
If there are any crops on the property, feel free to help yourself.
Please take your trash with you when you leave.
