Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway is paved with stone blocks and leads to a grassy area. Its slope is quite steep and therefore its passability can be severely limited in winter months in case of snow or ice. In the event of adverse conditions it is possible to use a reserved parking space outside the fenced property.
Restriction of the access road
The road to the grassy plain has its limits also in terms of vehicle dimensions. Therefore, motorhomes and caravans with a wheelbase of 4035 cm and longer than 7 metres cannot enter the site.

Our garden in Holynia is a great starting point for cycling trips to the Dalej and Prokop valleys. Directly from the property you can connect to the cycle paths leading through the picturesque landscape, forests and cliffs. In the surroundings you will find routes suitable for both recreational riders and sports cyclists.

The little ones will also find something to do - there are three playgrounds within walking distance in Holyně. They offer slides, swings and space for free play. Ideal for an afternoon run after a hike or morning fun before a trip.

The Dalej and Prokop valleys are very accessible thanks to the nearby train station. By train you can easily get to Řepory or Hlubočep, from where you can comfortably walk through the entire valley and enjoy its natural beauty to the fullest.
We divide the garden into an upper part (where we park) and a lower part (our private part). The fireplace is only in the lower part for now, if you would like to use it, by prior arrangement. This also applies to dog walking etc.

Because of the steep descent to the property, we scrubbed the underside of the car on the pavement. Our caravan is 7.5 metres long and has a fairly low chassis, so we could not drive to the place intended for an overnight stay. The owner kindly offered us compensation and let us spend the night in front of the property. Otherwise the property is in a great location with excellent access to the centre of Prague by public transport, the journey to Wenceslas Square takes about half an hour.
