I opened this place for people who feel the same way - for those who can enjoy the peace of the forest, sit by the fire, listen to the crackle of the wood and respect the nature around them.
It's not a campground or a resort. It's a corner for bums, adventurers and anyone looking for simplicity, silence and a moment out of the ordinary world.
I'll be happy if you leave only footprints in the grass and the place retains its tranquility for other wanderers.

1. Leave the place as you would like to find it.
Everything you bring in, you take out - no rubbish, scraps or leftovers.
2. Fire sensibly.
Only use the designated fire pit, never in windy or dry conditions. Always extinguish it properly when you leave.
3. Silence heals.
Please keep quiet - no loud music or nighttime noise. The forest is home to animals and people seeking rest.
4. Respect for place and access.
Park only in the designated area, do not drive through the meadow or into the woods off the road.
5. Clean water, clear conscience.
The creek is alive, please do not pour any chemicals or food scraps into it.
6. Be considerate of other guests.
Even if you are in the countryside, everyone is looking for peace and space.
7. Animals are welcome, but under your full responsibility - keep an eye on them so they don't disturb the surrounding nature.
8. Staying on the forest land, moving around it and using all equipment is at the guest's own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those staying with you. He/she is obliged to adapt his/her behaviour to the current conditions and to take extra care due to the nature of the forest environment.

This was the second time we have been to this property in a very short time. And again I have nothing to complain about. The owner is really very helpful and accommodating. Everything was as it should be. Firewood ready, self-service bar restocked. I am convinced that we were not the last time here. Thanks again to the owner for the opportunity to use his property. This property was for us in one word "divine" If you love nature, the smell of a crackling fire, the sound of a babbling brook, the rustling of leaves in the treetops and the birds singing in them, the omnipresent peace and quiet and you are a bit of an adventurer at heart then this is the place for you. The drive to the property is a bit of an adventure especially if you arrive in the evening like we did. You need to read the road description well, not like me🤣. Otherwise the driveway: dirt road with stones, then a meadow and the cherry on top is a ford. With a bit of skill you can do it with a passenger car e.g. Octavia1, but even then you drive at your own risk. It's not for a motorhome, I wouldn't risk it. And the place itself? It's beautifully looked after. There is seating, a fireplace, a lazy-boy under the trees (made of wood) for relaxation, a clean bathhouse and a parking space covered with gravel. It is obvious that the owner is a true nature lover. There are plenty of bird feeders and newly planted trees. You have to keep an eye on these in the evening, we marked them with candle lanterns at night all the way to the toilet.( It was a little sanctuary then)🤣. Upon arrival at the site, a fire pit, firewood and a little welcome surprise was prepared by the owner. What pleasantly surprised us was a small forest bar where I think everyone can choose, of course for a fee. And the communication with the owner? Excellent. I hope I didn't forget anything. Yeah, a little wish for others, keep the place as nice as ever. Big thanks to the owner for letting me use his land. Thanks, Marty.
