Only a dog walker will pass by the property and so you will be "disturbed" only by quiet archers, sometimes practicing next door. But 99% of the time it is quiet. Half of the horizon is taken up by the view of the village and half by the pond and the forest. How you turn your chair is up to you.
Please follow the instructions on the property. The instructions are primarily concerned with safety during archery practice. You are welcome (by appointment only) to join the practice on Thursday afternoons - we will loan equipment. And you can combine your visit to the site with a consultation and purchase of archery equipment - Proluk.cz
The land is mowed weekly during the season and there are a few designated safe zone parking spaces. There's also the opportunity to dispose of grey water (only if you use organic cleaning/washing products, of course!) - the disposal point is marked. Drinking water is available (by prior arrangement only) at our place - we live within sight and there is usually someone at home or nearby.
There are shops, good restaurants, a post office in the village and nearby and a municipal workout ground with pro fitness machines and a parkour track 200 metres from the meadow. And into the forest full of blueberries you have what I would shoot with an arrow. It's the most blueberry-filled forest in the whole area! And when we meet you in person, we'll give you secret tips;-)

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Access possible even in rainy weather. Do not be afraid of puddles on the dirt road. They are not deep. On the property itself, try to hit the gravel tracks with your car after it rains. It will be better for you ... and for us:-)

České Budějovice 4 km, cycling path around the Vltava, Holašovice (Unesco) 16 km, Hluboká nad Vltavou 16 km (castle), Trocnov (birthplace of Jan Žižka - open-air museum) 23 km, Borovany (monastery) 25 km, Zlatá Koruna (monastery) 25 km, Český Krumlov (Unesco) 29 km, etc.

Next to the pond, 4 km summer swimming pool, Vltava, Malše, ...

Children's playground at the workout gym (200 m). Or another one at the village square (500 m).

A short walk to the blueberries, the Kluka in the Blanský Forest Protected Landscape Area 11 km, the ruins of the Dívčí kámen Castle 16 km, a nice trail around the Vltava River from Borsov upstream (Svatojakubská), ascent to Klet, ...
Animals
Pozemek je oplocen metr vysokým pasteveckým pletivem . Kolem rybníka je v rákosí biozóna s velkým počtem hnízdícího vodního ptactva. Prosíme, nenechávejte na jaře (v období hnízdění) své psy vbíhat do rákosí.
