Where do the property ratings come from?
Good place. So far, the grass area is under reconstruction and when it will be usable, ok. I commend the flush toilet.
The location is great, good accessibility, kiosk, fireplace, toilet. What disappointed us unfortunately was the state of the "grass" in the photos the grass was beautifully green and was everywhere. When we arrived everything was different. The property had recently had a sewer reconstruction done on my behalf which had damaged the soil. Just dirt everywhere with minimal greenery, we were lucky it wasn't raining and there was no dew. This would be something to mention in future descriptions.
The land is freshly prepared/rebuilt, the lawn for camping is still recovering, so in case of rainy days you will have mud in front of the door. In 1-2 months it will definitely be better.
The site is narrower overall, but each of the 4 pitches has its own space for standing and camping nicely demarcated by trees.
Access to the dump area (smaller) for grey water just by sucking alongside the other caravans. Sink for toilet ok.
Access to drinking water good (long hose down to camping site).
The view from the caravan to the Palava is breathtaking.
Fireplace and corner in the back beautiful, but we did not use it. The self-service kiosk opens on call.
