What to do?

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
the plot is a straight municipal road with a natural but firm surface (dirt, stones and grass). The road is sloping, with no dangerous breaks, so it is suitable for low chassis rigs. The narrowest entry point is approximately 3 metres, allowing most standard motorhomes and caravans to enter comfortably. In dry conditions the road is completely reliable, but in the event of extreme rain, extra caution is advised.

The Doubrava area offers great routes for road and mountain bikes. You can take the quiet asphalt roads towards Luhačovice or explore the forest paths of the Vizovice Hills. The land is an ideal starting point for bike tours to see the architecture of Zlín and the surrounding countryside.
fishing
For fishing enthusiasts, our land is a great base. There are several renowned fishing grounds in the vicinity - from the Luhačovice dam to the gravel pits near nearby Zlín or Otrokovice. You can enjoy a quiet day by the water and in the evening return to the privacy of the babbling brook, where you can prepare your equipment for the next day in peace.
water sports
For summer refreshment you can use the nearby dam in Luhačovice (about 15 minutes by car) or the municipal swimming pool in Zlín. Directly on the property you have a small stream for a pleasant refreshment after a day trip.
hiking
The area is interwoven with hiking trails. Directly from the property you can go for a walk through the surrounding forests and meadows. Just a few kilometres away is the spa town of Luhačovice or the Bata Canal. It is an ideal place for lovers of long walks in the silence of nature.
Other activities
Stargazing: thanks to the minimal light smog and the open sky above our pine tree nursery, the Milky Way is beautifully visible at night. Ideal for those who love the quiet, taking pictures of the night sky or morning yoga by the babbling brook.
