The entire site is on a gravel base, with no likelihood of subsidence or other complications. In the event of subsidence or other complications, a site manager is available for assistance.
Restriction of the access road
The road is adapted to any type of caravan, trailer and passenger car.

Near the RozMarína area there is an entrance to the Trenčín dam with a cycling trail, which leads to more than 100 kilometres of cycling trails in western Slovakia.

Possibility of fishing directly in the area on the river Váh.

There is a summer and winter indoor swimming pool in the vicinity of the RozMarína complex, and there is also the possibility of swimming directly in the Váh River, with an entrance to the river about 200 metres from the caravan sites.

A very nice and peaceful place—we really enjoyed it. What we liked best were the beautiful, long bike paths—about 100 km—that were all on flat terrain. Since we have a dog, we really appreciated all the walks, whether to the ponds or to the town square.
A nice, quiet spot off the beaten path, just a short distance from the river, a public swimming area, a pool, a stadium, downtown, the castle, and bike paths—all nearby and within easy reach.
Hello, the property is in a quiet, relaxing spot where we were able to unwind while traveling through the region’s beautiful landscapes. Just be careful on the way there—the access road is a bit narrow. There’s only one power pole for the entire Stepllaz area; that’s enough, but you’ll need a longer extension cord. Otherwise, it’s an amazing, peaceful spot. We really relaxed there—it’s just a short drive to town. It’s just a shame we were only there for one night; maybe next time🙋♂️😎
A perfect campsite at the end of a cul-de-sac by the Váh River. It was quiet and had everything we needed for the night. Just a short walk from the campsite is a swimming area and a beach.
A wonderful, quiet plot of land by the water. The water and the dock are both easily accessible. Within walking distance: a swimming pool, an outdoor swimming area, a castle, the town, and boat rides. A very beautiful place.
