We’re just getting started here and want to turn it into a fantastic retreat. Throughout the season, we’ll gradually be working on these improvements:
Fire pit: For roasting sausages in the evening and stargazing.
Pallet seating: Comfortable, handcrafted seating for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Complete hedgerow fencing: To separate the property from the pasture and the surrounding area (currently, the pasture with bulls is separated by an electric fence, so dog owners and parents with children should exercise extreme caution for now!).

We’re still building the facilities on the property, so for now it’s a pure nature experience:
No electricity or water (ideal for self-sufficient RVs and lovers of the nomadic lifestyle).
Terrain: The meadow has been mowed, but since we’re in the wilderness near the forest, there are currently some uneven spots and holes dug by wild boars, which we’re gradually leveling out. Drivers of low-slung sports cars should therefore proceed with caution.

I had a great conversation with the owner; he willingly explained everything over the phone. The lot was clean, spacious, and freshly mowed, and the portable toilet was spotless.
The bulls in the neighboring meadow add an interesting touch, but I’m glad I had earplugs, because they were quite noisy several times even at night. Well, that’s nature for you... :). And it could use some visual separation from the surroundings—the property is completely open for now.
